Our office is based in Enderby, Leicestershire where we support the work of advisers and planners across the UK.

We act as an integrated member of your team, using a clear process to ensure your research and reports are delivered seamlessly, within appropriately informed timescales. We know that data gathering and data analysis are the most time-consuming activities, which leaves advisors the least time spent in plan presentation, reviews and relationship management.

We acknowledge your handover with a case number and request that you attach us to your client in iBusiness and Salesforce.

Upon receipt of your handover, we will request any outstanding documentation from the providers as appropriate. Once we have received all of the information required from providers we will let you know that the case is now able to progress. It is during this stage we are able to give you an idea of an expected turnaround time.
